Fried bologna sandwich

Fried bologna sandwich

Ingredients (serves 1):
2 slices of bread
3 slices deli bologna
1 slice cheddar cheese
1 egg
2 tsp mayonnaise

1. Toast the bread in a toaster or toaster oven. Meanwhile, in a non-stick skillet over medium heat, fry the bologna. It will bubble up in the middle, and you can either cut the middle with a knife, or fold the bologna in on itself and continually flip it. Fry the bologna until it's lightly browned, then remove.
2. Add the egg to the skillet, and fry to your preference.
3. Spread mayonnaise on one slice of bread, and assemble the sandwich. From the bottom: Bread, bologna, cheese, egg, bread with mayonnaise.
