Biscuit breakfast sandwich

Today's breakfast!

Biscuit breakfast sandwich

Ingredients (serves 1):
1 sausage patty
1 Pillsbury Grands Jr buttermilk biscuit
1 egg
1/2 slice cheddar cheese

1. Heat the biscuit in the oven according to instructions.
2. Cook sausage patty in a skillet over medium-heat for about 4 minutes, then flip and finish cooking until browned on all sides. Meanwhile, scramble an egg in another skillet and cook.
3. Assemble sandwich with the sausage, egg, and cheese. (I fold the cheese to make it fit on the biscuit.)
