Macaroni and cheese

When my partner and I are working conflicting schedules, I like to make dinners that leave leftovers. This usually results in a baked pasta of some sort. One of our favorites is this foolproof macaroni and cheese. Instead of all cheddar, sometimes I make 1/3 of the cheese Gruyere. Anyway, you can't really go wrong here, and it still tastes good reheated.
